Every team member at Gifted Intuitions receives annual FERPA and privacy training. All staff sign binding confidentiality agreements, and violations result in immediate disciplinary action, including termination.Tracking Who Accesses Records

We don't display student information on our website or in public materials. Any digital tools we use must meet the same privacy standards outlined in this policy.Third-Party Service Providers
When we work with other companies (like data storage providers), we ensure they sign contracts requiring them to maintain the same level of student privacy protection that we do.How Long We Keep Records
We maintain student records only as long as necessary for educational purposes and legal requirements. When records are no longer needed, we destroy them using secure methods that prevent reconstruction.Using Anonymous Data
